Swisstec receives watches by post via retailers or, more increasingly, directly from customers themselves.   We offer a peace of mind policy whereby we can let you know by telephone or email when your watch has been safely received.
Alternatively customers can bring their watches in to us in person to our reception where they can discuss their individual requirements with one of our senior Watch Technicians.
Upon receipt, our Reception and Administration Department log all watches onto our computer system and photograph them.  Prior to estimation each watch is assigned a unique tracking number and is traced at every stage of the repair procedure.
When sending your watch to us by post we would recommend the use of Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service, which is fully insured.
